Orders for hair extensions may only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

Training course bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If canceled at least 14 days before the course date, the remaining balance (if paid) may be refunded.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees.

We aim to dispatch orders within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect details provided.
